Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was purchased, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You must contact us for a return authorization number, which must be put on your return shipping label, within 7 days of receipt of your delivery or within 30 days of your purchase whichever comes first.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  •  Items with any sign of use, or alteration, or obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after we issue a return authorization number.

Pre-purchase Questions

We strive to ensure you will be happy before you buy. We welcome your pre-purchase questions.

• Art is subjective, and colors may vary depending on your computer screen.
• We offer “Visualize it in Your Space” before you buy, to insure you have the best information to ensure you will like the piece. It enables you to see the approximate proportion of the artwork in your room. Simply send us a photo of where you intend to hang the art and we will provide you with a rendering showing you the approximate proportion and effect. You can suggest pieces you are interested in or ask for our suggestions. We may send you several mock ups for your review. This ensures a higher level of satisfaction.

Refunds

All refunds must be sent with a Return Authorization Number – showing on the shipping label. My3Dartgallery.com offers the following 30 Day Money Back Guarantee* and applies only to products returned in their original condition and packaging.

*The Money Back Guarantee applies to rolled and unframed items, such as reproductions only and does not apply to Final-Sale, Original Canvas Acrylic Paintings, 3D works of Art (with acrylic or glass layers), or Custom orders, or Original Watercolor Paintings or Original Acrylic Paintings.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

As 3D art is difficult to portray in photos, most customers will find the art exceeds their expectations. We only replace items if they are shipped in error, defective or damaged in a way that effects their usability. We sell art, not frames. We do not charge for frames. Should you choose to reframe the art, it is at your own expense. We do not refund items due to difference in color perception or hue or based on how it portrays on your computer monitor, wrong size or perception of suitability based on fit in your specific space. Those decisions are subjective and are your responsibility prior to purchase. All art is subjective and is sold “as is” and/or “as shown”.

Shipping Errors

If the unlikely event that an item  received was incorrectly sent by us, for instance you ordered a ‘boat at sunset scene’ and in error we shipped a ‘bridge at mid-day’ we will replace the item and reimburse you for ‘return shipping’ if shipped by the same method as it was sent to you.  Upon the return of  the incorrect item, we will sent the correct item. In the case that the correct item has been sold, the artist will paint two options as close as possible to the item originally chosen by you and will send you photos for you to make your choice, before reshipping. This may take two weeks plus shipping times. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide at the time we give you the return authorization number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our cost shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in the case where we have shipped the incorrect item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you need to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 Your money back guarantee may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or in Store-Credit to cover shipping and handling fees. A restocking fee is charged, including one reproductions as reproductions are printed-on-demand.
