Dr. Sun Yet Sen Gardens is a tranquil traditional Chinese Garden. It is registered as a museum and is one of Vancouver’s top tourist attractions. It offers cultural events, guided tours, festivals, concerts, exhibitions and educational programs.

In honor of the Ming Dynasty, the garden is a rare find outside of China. It is supported by a collaboration between community, the Canadian government and the People’s Republic of China. It is a must to see for all locals and tourists alike.

When I visited Sun Yet Sen Gardens, I was impressed with the tranquility in the core of downtown Vancouver. It inspired me to paint this watercolor painting so that others can embrace the solitude by hanging it in their home or office. ENJOY!
